Factory Nightclub
The Factory is one of the biggest and most well known clubs and nightlife destinations in West Hollywood and Los Angeles. It’s a thriving gay and lesbian club and it certainly doesn’t hide that one bit. Unlike many other clubs though, Factory in WeHo leaves the pretentiousness at the door, or never had it to begin with, which means that it’s an excellent destination for letting it all go, having a worry-free, great time and much more.
The complaints that most people have with the typical club like this are pretty common. They include things like the staff is rude and obnoxious, the wait to get inside and then to get a drink once you’re inside is crazy and long lasting, it’s way too expensive for that entry and for those drinks to begin with, and on down the line. All told, it’s enough to make most people simply avoid the clubbing scene altogether.
“A fun environment that’s accessible for everyone”
However, that’s where Factory comes in, saving the day for the West Hollywood club scene. In many ways it brings the exact opposite to the table, creating a fun environment that’s accessible for everyone. Drinks are affordable and tasty, and don’t take hours to get made for you. Admission and everything else doesn’t take forever either, and the staff is pretty friendly and easy going. It makes for a much different environment, and one that’s much easier for the vast majority of people to truly enjoy.
With that said, it’s a thriving and true club experience in Factory. There is about 15,000 square feet of space inside, with a diverse and intriguing environment and atmosphere, featuring all sorts of different decor, many little getaways and enclaves scattered throughout, and more. The music showcases lots of techno, lots of mixes, and lots of the latest hip hop, R&B and all-purpose clubbing tracks.
There are about seven different DJs that regularly are manning the stations within the Factory depending on when you come. There are all guest DJs though from time to time too. In terms of the actual gay-friendly vibes, you’ll find fun events spread throughout the entire week, an attractive group of party-goers, go-go dancers partying away on the stages and much more.
If you’re looking for a club in West Hollywood, you’re looking for a gay club, and you’re looking for a club that drops all of the hassle and pretentiousness and attitude, then Factory is perfect for you. It’s affordable and friendly without losing any of the authentic club vibes, the music is great, and it’s a fun time. That’s what really separates the club from so many others which try so hard to be something they’re not. This is authentic, fun and laid back, and just lets you let loose and have a fun-filled evening getaway.
