We stand by our ethical commitments and our readers recognize this. We reserve the right to refuse ad space to any company, service or product upon editorial review. We also reserve the right to author unbiased reviews and article on products, services or companies that we do business with as well as the right to refuse authoring reviews and articles on products, services or companies that we do business with.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: AboutWeHo.com (publisher, also known and referred to as: The Major Player Network, Inc.) reserves the right to refuse any advertising requests with no explanation.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked through the advertisement. Advertiser agrees to indemnify the publisher and to hold the publisher harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by the publisher, arising out of or related to advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: In no event will the publisher be liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not the publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

DELIVERY OF ADS: The publisher will make a good faith effort to begin the display of advertisements on the start date if applicable. However, the advertiser understands that by the nature of online advertising, the advertising campaign's exact start and end dates and the rate of daily impressions delivered may vary due to fluctuations in daily traffic. Furthermore, advertising statistics are provided as-is without any guarantees. The publisher shall not be liable for advertising statistics.

DESIGN OF ADS: Publisher has the right to approve and refuse any advertising ads it deems inapparopriate for the website. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to design the advertisement to the exact specifications provided by Publisher. Should advertiser need assistance in designing the advertisement, Publisher can offer services to design the advertisement for a said negotiated fee. This fee does not include any alterations to the advertisement in the future and advertisement is only licensed to be used on AboutWeHo.com. Any advertisement designed on AboutWeHo.com in which advertiser would like to use on other online sites, a license fee for use will be issued by Publisher.

In addition to termination of the Advertiser's advertisement, AboutWeHo.com will not refund
any of the fees paid for the unused portion of that  Advertisers contracted advertising period. Similarly, if a Advertiser spams (sends multiple postings daily) the 'surf'boards, AboutWeHo.com reserves the right to immediately cancel and terminate any Advertisement prior to the contracted advertising period, and AboutWeHo.com will not refund any of the fees paid for the unused portion of that  Advertisers contracted advertising period.
