This star-favorite boutique in West Hollywood provides a large variety of top-of-the-line shoes, handbags, baubles, and togs. Located at 8428 Melrose Place (Suite B), you can find many hand picked, unique treasures here.

 

The Shop

Bird opened in October 2001 and is owned by Wendy Vaughan. She is a world traveler who gets her special items from all over the globe. Even the most discriminating shopper can find many selections from the merchandise offered here. There have been many articles written about this shop in C Magazine, Vanity Fair, Lucky, and InStyle magazines, just to name a few. This is a boutique that many well-know celebrities shop, but it truly is for all women who want to stand out in a crowd.

 

The clean, white walls and dark hardwood floors are an ideal background to the beautiful array of items found here. From its black canopy with the darling pink logo on the side that you are sure to see upon your arrival here, to the perfect lighting throughout the store that is truly showcased in the sparkling chandelier located above the staircase; every detail of this store is wonderfully designed.

The offer some of the hard to find items from several top designers like, Sofie D’hoore (Belgium), Sonia Rykiel (French), Queene and Belle (United Kingdom), Emma Cook (UK), Alberto Incanuti (Italy), Alice Roi (USA), Boyd Hannoh (FR), Baum and Pferdgarten (Denmark); handbags and jewelry from Lara Bohinc 107 (UK), and exquisite selections of Repetto Paris shoes. They have many more designers and are always bringing in new ones. You will not be disappointed in their selection of merchandise.

This is a true fashionistas paradise. You can find many unique items not found anywhere else. The prices are high, but the selection and quality are worth it. You can tell the merchandise was hand selected and this brings a special charm to the shop. The music and décor create the most enhancing shopping experience that you are sure to return for more.
