This floral design studio located at 920 N La Cienega Boulevard specializes in creating arrangements for gifts, homes, gardens, and any unique occasion of any size. This is not your “usual” flower shop by any means. It is a sophisticated floral couture boutique.

The Shop

As you approach the shop the incredible “living” wall you see will take you back and is just one of the many unique characteristics of this charming place. Shop owner Joey House, has spared no expense in the design of this special place. There have been many articles written about this shop in LA Confidential, Malibu, and Modern Bride Southern California, just to name a few. This is a favorite place among many celebrities that you may see on your next visit.

Once inside the bright orange walls, colorful sashes, and many beautiful plants will fill your eyes with pleasure. The ceiling fans and lighting from far above, along with the openness of this shop create a unique setting. Other items worth mentioning about this 2,000 square foot salon area are the wall-to-wall French doors, built-in sound system, twenty-two feet ceiling, huge panoramic windows, luxurious lounge furniture, beautiful hardwood flooring, wrought iron railings and bistro seating, imported silk covered benches, exotic artifact gallery and art displayed that is original.

If you climb the flower adorned, sweeping hardwood staircase you will see the 500 square foot spacious loft with all the same furnishings of the salon area below. The beautiful red lampshades accent the walls of this spacious dining or meeting room.

They also have a 2,500 square foot garden patio for privacy under the sun, stars, and moon. It also has wall-to-wall French doors and an exterior sound system. The floor is made of stone and the gated hedge-lined walls keep out the outside world. The perfectly placed plants and the tranquil water feature are finishing touches that you can enjoy from the wrought iron bistro chairs or imported silk cushioned benches.

House of Petals is a floral studio staffed by original artists that fill their palettes with the most beautiful and freshest flowers every morning. Every finished arrangement is a work of art, designed with you in mind. They welcome you to look over their couture garden and home gifts and furnishings or you can hangout to enjoy the meditative atmosphere and see the creations being made.
